Key Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead tender submissions, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for strategic accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Provide commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the transition toward sustainable, annuity-based revenue models.
Project Origination & Deal Structuring
- Identify commercially viable and bankable energy projects.
- Develop business cases and financial models for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams to structure and execute deals.
Partnerships & Industry Engagement
- Establish strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, financiers, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Engage with government and regulatory bodies where required.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with technical, finance, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Align business development initiatives with operational and financial objectives.
- Contribute to business growth strategies and long-term planning.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in:

Experience
- 5–8 years of business development experience within:
- Energy
- Renewable Energy
- Infrastructure
- Engineering sectors
- Proven track record of securing and closing large-scale projects or contracts.
- Experience in renewable energy and distributed energy solutions.
- Understanding of project finance and investment structuring.
- Established network within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
