Lead Feature Delivery: 1. Derive functional requirements for the features committed to per Programme Increment 2. Define function test cases 3. Facilitate generation and maintenance of the solution design (inception deck) Manage deployment life cycle: 1. Facilitate definition of the deployment content with the Product Owner and other stakeholders 2. Ensure the change management process requirements are met 3.
