What You’ll Do:
- Lead operational performance analysis and strategic accuracy improvement initiatives
- Provide expert analytical support for complex operational challenges requiring system mastery
- Drive automation, efficiency, and accuracy projects across all operational processes
- Lead regulatory reporting excellence and ensure comprehensive compliance accuracy
- Handle the most complex operational issues requiring expert system knowledge and analytical solutions
- Support strategic planning through operational data insights and accuracy trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize end-to-end process accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor and develop analytical and system expertise capabilities across the team
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in finance, business, administration or related field
- RE5 advantageous
- 4+ years’ senior experience in operational analysis, system expertise, or process improvement within the financial services industry
- Expert knowledge of operational systems, analytical tools, and accuracy optimisation
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement and accuracy enhancement initiatives
- Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and system expertise capabilities
- Strong project management and leadership skills
