KEY OUTPUTS:

  • Supervise the preparation and delivery of Personal Travel Journals (PTJ’s) and travel documentation.
  • Ensure flight details, property descriptions, contacts, and agent logos are updated and correct.
  • Coordinate vouchers, e‑tickets, and other required documents.
  • Prepare periodic reports on operational performance and guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
  • Supervise the planning and execution of itineraries and guest services.
  • Lead and coordinate the Operations and Guest Services team.
  • Monitor the quality of operational processes, ensuring compliance with &Beyond standards.
  • Manage and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee resource allocation and optimize use of staff and materials.
  • Maintain constant communication with Sales and Consultants to ensure itinerary accuracy.
  • Promote and maintain a collaborative, professional work environment aligned with &Beyond values: Care of the people, Care of the land, and Care of the wildlife.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Degree or diploma in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of destinations in Chile and South America.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in team supervision and operational coordination within the travel industry.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic organization and planning abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Guest service and satisfaction orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
  • Independent, curious, and proactive attitude.
  • Professional and calm demeanor in critical situations.
  • Must reside in Chile.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lodge reservations or DMC operations
