A leading global strategic management consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated Engagement Manager to join their dynamic consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact strategy and commercial transformation projects for major international clients.

About the Role

As an Engagement Manager, you will take on a pivotal delivery role within the consulting practice. You will work closely with senior leaders, guiding analytical workstreams, structuring complex problems, and delivering insight-driven recommendations.

Your initial focus will be a large, multi-year commercial excellence programme, where you will lead data-driven transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within strategy and performance improvement engagements
• Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and oversee rigorous analysis
• Drive commercial diagnostics (pricing, margins, sales effectiveness, contracting)
• Design and implement practical commercial tools and models
• Develop executive-level presentations and insight-driven deliverables
• Mentor and guide consultants and analysts
• Engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops
• Support rollout of transformation initiatives and capability building
• Manage project plans, risks, and stakeholder coordination
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Strong academic track record
• 4–7 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, or commercial analytics
• Proven experience leading analytical workstreams in complex environments
• Strong expertise in pricing, financial modelling, and performance improvement
• Experience working in high-intensity, multi-stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience

Advantageous

• Postgraduate qualification (MBA, CFA, or similar)
• Experience in change management and behavioural adoption
