We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator & Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing bulk onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new joiners and leavers alike. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Liaise with IT, Facilities, and relevant departments to ensure all equipment and access are ready prior to start dates.
  • Deliver onboarding presentations and respond to new joiner queries.
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring timely deactivation of access, equipment return, and completion of exit documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with data protection and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and other relevant systems.
  • Proven experience working with HR Systems (Service NOW/Workday/SuccessFactors etc)
