We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the following skills and experience:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – particularly when handling calls from tenants and landlords.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships – liaising effectively with onshore Customer Care teams, Property Managers, landlords, and tenants.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Negotiation skills – proficient in obtaining arrears payments, negotiating reductions in arrears balances, and arranging possible payment plans.
• Exceptional time management skills – able to prioritise a demanding workload in line with deadlines, including call handling, updating notes, and following through with actions.
• Good business acumen for problem solving – identifying options to reduce arrears.
• Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Competence in client reporting.
• Experience in scheduling and capacity planning.
• Ability to manage large teams effectively.

Desirable:

• Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Control experience.
• 3–5 years’ management experience.
• 3–5 years’ collections experience.
• Property-related experience.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts: 09:00–18:00 / 10:00–19:00 / 11:00–20:00.
