Primary Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Documentation Information Manager (EDMS) to oversee the project information management, control, and distribution of project documentation within an electronic document management system. The role is responsible for ensuring that all project information is accurate, up to date and managed in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery by maintaining document control standards, facilitating efficient information flow, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the project electronic document management system (EDMS)
  • Control the receipt, registration, distribution and digital filing of project documentation
  • Ensure document accuracy, version control, and traceability
  • Coordinate document workflows and approvals
  • Support project teams with document management processes and systems
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements
  • Generate reports on document status and progress
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project information

Eligibility Criteria

Individuals who wish to express their interest in these opportunities must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
  • 3 years experience in EDMS systems such as Aconex and InEight DOCUMENT (TeamBinder)

Work Permit Requirements:
