Primary Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to provide comprehensive planning and scheduling support on large and complex studies and projects. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules in line with company procedures, using tools such as Primavera P6 or InEight SCHEDULE.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective project execution through accurate planning, monitoring, and reporting across the full project lifecycle. This includes managing multiple project schedules, identifying risks and delays, and supporting the project team with reliable time-based insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Monitor progress and identify potential risks or delays
  • Ensure alignment with company planning procedures
  • Manage and report on multiple project timelines
  • Provide planning support to project teams
  • Provide input to Project Risk Management
  • Mentor and guide Junior Planners and Planners
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes and tools

Eligibility Criteria
Individuals who wish to express their interest in these opportunities must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
  • AACEI Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) / PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) registration for will be advantageous.

Work Permit Requirements:
