Introduction

Are you passionate about the fitness community and skilled at managing business finances? If you are an experienced cloud bookkeeper or accountant seeking an exceptional work/life balance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are a fully virtual public accounting firm specialising in outsourced CFO, accounting, payroll, and tax services exclusively for the fitness industry. Our mission is to help fitness businesses understand their financials, make informed decisions, and enhance profitability. We utilise cloud-based platforms and innovative technologies to streamline our workflow and deliver outstanding service.

Our established processes, procedures and systems support this role in providing superior client service. Our diverse team is spread across the United States, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. We operate on a strict monthly accounting cycle, respond promptly to client requests, and occasionally work outside typical hours to meet tight deadlines. Therefore, clear and effective communication via video, email and telephone is essential.

This role is based in-office to encourage collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful team connections. Over time, consistent high performance, accountability, and demonstrated leadership may lead to the possibility of a hybrid working arrangement. We believe strong teams are built through genuine connection — shared problem-solving, collaboration, and support. Our in-office environment fosters camaraderie, maintains high service standards, and enables real-time assistance among colleagues.
