Introduction
We are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Agents to join our high-performing BPO team, working on a UK-based PCP campaign. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and possess a proven track record of closing sales successfully.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, preferably with experience in PPI/PCP claims.
• Engage customers professionally, building rapport quickly and effectively.
• Identify sales opportunities and present tailored solutions confidently.
• Guide customers through the sign-up process with clarity and efficiency.
• Accurately capture customer information, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with all campaign guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Matric or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Proven sales experience of at least two years, preferably within PPI/PCP claims.
• Previous BPO sales experience on UK campaigns is advantageous.
• Ability to work shifts between 1pm – 10pm or 12pm – 9pm.
