Do you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for organizing and streamlining maintenance operations? We’re seeking a Maintenance Planner for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract to join our team and help coordinate maintenance schedules that boost equipment uptime and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and SHE standards.
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive tasks.
• Lead execution of work orders, scheduling, and communication with departments and contractors.
• Manage data and documentation through CMMS, including KPIs, reports, and engineering records.
• Optimize systems and resources by forecasting labor, skills, and spare parts needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognized Trade Diploma (N3 level)
• 3 Years, post apprenticeship artisan experience (maintenance artisan) preferably with experience in a supervisory capacity, with exposure to planning activities, computer applications with planning experience.
• Pragma, DimoMaint, SAP will be an added advantage
• Code BE driver’s licence.
