Commis Chef

Stellenbosch | On-site

Fixed-Term Contract

As an experienced Commis Chef, you will mainly support a Chef De Partie in the kitchen, performing cooking, cleaning, delivery, and other support duties as instructed. You will ensure that the kitchen's operations run smoothly.

A Matric certificate along with your NQF4 level cookery qualification, you have 1 years' experience in a similar position with a background in basic food and kitchen operations. You can work in all sections of the kitchen as well as on weekends. You have a proactive approach and able to multi-task and work under pressure. 

Demonstrates basic culinary and knife skills, with a neat and professional approach. Shows a strong devotion to quality and adheres to food and hygiene safety standards. Able to perform well under pressure, with good attention to detail and effective time management.
