Group Marketing Specialist – Digital Performance & Implementation

(Head Office)

In this hands‑on digital performance role, as the Group Marketing Specialist – Digital Performance & Implementation, you willfocus on improving the commercial impact of our websites and booking journeys.

The purpose of this role is to expand executional digital capacity, not to add a strategic or senior digital lead. You are technically strong, execution‑driven, and passionate about turning insight into implementation that drives measurable results.

Reporting to the Group Head of Commercial – Marketing & Sales, you will focus on improving digital and booking‑journey performance across the group.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day performance of the group’s websites and booking journeys, and for implementing and validating UX, CRO, and performance improvements across digital platforms.

Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting analytics, tracking, and behavioural tools (e.g., GA4, Microsoft Clarity), as well as analysing digital and booking‑journey behaviour to identify friction points and optimisation opportunities, will form part of your role.

You will act as the internal interface with website developers and IBE partners, translating commercial and performance requirements into clear implementation briefs, and reviewing and QA development outputs to ensure alignment with UX, conversion and booking objectives.

Supporting optimisation of the end‑to‑end booking journey and validating all implemented improvements and aligning performance insight with campaigns, content and creative work in collaboration with internal Marketing Specialists, will form part of your duties.

You will engage with external SEO, analytics and IBE partners and validate implementation accuracy. Aside from this, you will provide digital performance insight to commercial reporting, including monthly and board‑level updates. Last, but not least, you will maintain documentation of tracking frameworks, platform configurations and optimisation activity.

To qualify for this role, you have 3–5 years’ experience in digital performance, analytics, optimisation or related commercial digital roles with a relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Commerce, etc.). You have proven hands-on experience executing in analytics, tracking, UX, and booking‑journey platforms, and the ability to independently implement, configure, QA, and troubleshoot changes across digital tools.

You have experience working in transactional, ecommerce, agency or conversion‑driven digital environments and hospitality or travel industry experience. You must be able to demonstrate practical examples of digital changes that you personally implemented.

You will bring your accuracy, planning, and structuring skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your results-oriented mindset and analytical thinking will drive performance and decision-making. With your cooperative approach and commercial awareness, you will foster strong team dynamics and contribute to strategic goals. Your market orientation and vitality will ensure you stay proactive and responsive in a dynamic environment.
