Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve business KPIs and financial targets.
- Coach and mentor team members, identifying and addressing training needs to enhance performance.
- Manage a personal caseload to support overall financial performance.
- Exercise due diligence when interpreting and reporting data to ensure accuracy.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that empowers and develops team members.
- Gather and analyse information to assess risks and propose effective solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, including its strategy, products, services, and organisational structure.

Experience and Skills
- Proven management experience with strong operational knowledge is essential.
- Experience within banking, insurance, or collections sectors is advantageous.

- Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
