We’re seeking a youthful, energetic individual to grow with us — a keen Business Development Associate with commercial acumen, able to connect with the right people at the right companies, identify genuine opportunities, and join an ambitious team that is shaping how corporates invest in education in South Africa. This business has a space that needs an owner. We’re looking for the right person to fill it.
Position Summary: You will engage corporate decision-makers and introduce them to an opportunity that is changing how forward-thinking companies deploy their B-BBEE investment— by directing their compliance funding into education solutions that drive genuine change. Your job is to have intelligent conversations, understand where each company is in their thinking, and identify who is ready to move.
