Areas of Responsibilities
Brand Stewardship
- Uphold and evolve the iX Engineers corporate brand across all channels.
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Support brand strategy through creative interpretation and execution.
- Improve lead generation campaigns as well as measuring results.
- Establish clear goals and metrics that addresses a variety of audiences and ensures brand recognition on multiple platforms.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Advertising
- Responsible for the company’s web presence and social media from a communication and reputation perspective.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Ensures web tools are consistently managed and leading edge to engage the audience.
- Lead the design and production of specialty publications and marketing tools utilizing the company’s marketing team as well as external agencies.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify a strategic set of vendor relationships to enhance the internal
workforce, drive down commodity costs and take advantage of co-branding opportunities.
- Grow good relations with stakeholders and joined ventures, and identify business opportunities
- Produce clear ROI reporting of all scheduled activity.
Multimedia Strategy
- Developing the multimedia strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns
Socio Economic Development/Corporate Social Investment
- Develop promoting opportunities, in collaboration with partners in media, Government and civil society to advance economic growth through infrastructure development;
- Develop national and global campaigns and messaging to advance the iX’s priorities and economic growth goals.
- Ensure that campaign strategies and messages are audience appropriate to enhance iX’s objectives, reach and visibility among all stakeholders.
Corporate Identity
- Responsible for the application of iX’s brand and message.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the Company’s’ Capability statements for all business sectors
- Ensure messaging and branding is uniformly applied across the organisation, its programmes and activities.
- Develop branding and policies and guidelines to direct activities and ensure organisation-wide coherence and consistency.
Creative Development & Design
- Knowledge and execution of multimedia assets, including:
- Corporate videos, motion graphics, and animations
- Marketing collateral (print and digital)
- Social media graphics, infographics, and digital campaigns
- Website and UI/UX visual assets
- Presentation decks, brochures, and technical/industry‑aligned visuals
- Oversight of visually compelling content that aligns with the iX Engineers brand identity and market positioning.
Video Production & Motion Graphics
- Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit high‑quality video content.
- Produce 2D/3D animations, explainers, and engineering‑themed visual sequences.
- Ensure sound design, transitions, captioning, graphics, and quality finishing are consistent and professional.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Work independently from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple briefs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales/Business Development, Operations, and external suppliers when required.
- Present creative concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders.
Digital Content & Marketing Support
- Contribute content for social media, website updates, and digital campaigns.
- Support digital analytics by designing content optimized for engagement.
- Create templates and visual systems for recurring communication needs.
