2. Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Awareness & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing planaligned with the company’s strategic goals.

  • Drive brand awareness and brand recognitionacross multiple platforms.

  • Manage corporate identity and brand consistencythroughout the organization.

  • Improve lead generation campaignsand evaluate campaign performance.

Advertising & Digital Marketing

  • Manage the company’s website and social media presence.

  • Plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns.

  • Ensure digital platforms and web tools remain current and engaging.

  • Lead the design and production of marketing materials, publications, and promotional tools.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and manage vendor and partner relationships.

  • Explore co-branding opportunities and business development initiatives.

  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and joint venture partners.

  • Monitor and report return on investment (ROI)for marketing activities.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Coordination

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across platforms.

Corporate Social Investment / Socio-Economic Development

  • Promote initiatives supporting economic growth and infrastructure development.

  • Collaborate with government, media, and civil society partners.

  • Develop national and global marketing campaignsthat align with company priorities.

Corporate Identity Management

  • Ensure consistent application of branding and messagingacross the organization.

  • Develop branding policies and guidelines.

Stakeholder Relations

  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Corporate Communications

  • Develop and manage the communication strategy.

  • Promote and distribute corporate and marketing content.

  • Optimize print, blog, and social media campaignsto increase engagement, brand exposure, and sales.


3. Education and Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications

Advantageous

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:

    • Multimedia Design

    • Graphic Design

    • Digital Media

    • Related creative field


4. Experience

  • More than 5 years of experiencein:

    • Strategic marketing

    • Brand management

    • Media relations

  • Experience working in a complex or large organization.

  • Experience creating:

    • Animations

    • Video content

    • Digital design materials
