ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO to enable strong organisational rhythm, structured decision-making, coordinated execution of CEO-sponsored priorities, and disciplined follow-through across leadership forums and cross-functional initiatives. The position acts as an integrator and orchestrator, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum around what matters most—without owning line operations or strategy. The role exists to increase the effectiveness, leverage, and execution discipline of the CEO.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Establish and maintain a disciplined organisational and executive cadence to support planning and execution.
  • Enable effective decision-making through structured issue framing, option analysis, & escalation discipline.
  • Coordinate and mobilise execution of CEO-sponsored and cross-functional priorities.
  • Enable effective governance through disciplined preparation, coordination, and follow-through across leadership and board forums.
  • Coordinate and prepare key external engagements linked to CEO priorities.
  • Enable integration and visibility of enterprise execution systems at CEO and executive level.
  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-through on issues raised through executive and governance forums.
  • Enable integration and visibility of enterprise execution systems (e.g. OGSM / 4DX) & performance tracking.
  • Drive structured issue resolution across executive / governance forums, ensuring actions are tracked & closed.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years’ experience in a strategic, advisory, consulting, executive support, or senior coordination role
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership or executive teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives end-to-end in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Experience in analysis, executive-level communication, and cross-functional coordination

  4. Comfortable orchestrating cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
  5. Solid exposure to governance processes, decision flow, and executive forums
