Job Title: GM Couple For 3 Luxury 5* Bush properties

Location: Limpopo, Mopani District, Hoedspruit. South Africans only unless you have valid permits and residency.

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of 3 Luxury 5* Bush properties
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
  • Coordinate and supervise staff members in various departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and expenses
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of lodge operations and guest services
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in hospitality or tourism management
  • Experience working in a wildlife reserve or national park setting

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to outdoor elements and wildlife
