JOB TITLE Human Resource Manager
REPORTS TO General Manager / Group HR Manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

 Ensure that Company Policies & Procedures are adhered to.
 Advisory- and- Administrative support for Disciplinary matters
 Assistance in preparing for and representation at CCMA hearings.
 Drive required Recruitment process.
 Induction
 Guidance and Assistance
 Employee payroll admin
 Employee file maintenance
 Contract, job offer and amendment creation.
 Drive and aid with Training & Development
 Monthly Reporting
 General reports as & when required.
 Ensure that BCEA is adhered to.
 Drive and organise Leadership and culture development.
 Organize and develop External training projects.
 Administrative duties
