Job Duties:

• Designing, implementing, and improving industrial processes
• Conducting process simulations and optimisation studies
• Developing process control strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency
• Troubleshooting and resolving process issues
• Performing risk assessments and implementing safety measures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering certification preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the mining industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment
• Proficiency in process simulation software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Experience with process automation systems
