Job Introduction:

IziSecure (Pty) Ltd is a leading security provider committed to safeguarding valuable assets and ensuring the safety of our personnel. We are seeking highly dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as CIT Guards/Gunners.

Main Responsibilities:

As a CIT Guard/Gunner, you will play a critical role in the secure transportation of assets and the protection of our crew. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Vehicle and Asset Protection

  • Crew Escort Services

  • Adherence to Schedule and Situational Awareness

  • Professional Demeanor, Bearing, and Public Relations

  • Loading Bay and Transaction Procedures

  • Expertise in Bulk Cash Centers

  • Disciplined Conduct

Requirements:

  • PSIRA & CIT Certification.

  • Valid Driver licence.
  • Firearm Competency with Business Purposes.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the CIT Sector
  • Demonstrated commitment to security and safety.

  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to act effectively, fast, and accurately with a personal weapon.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Punctual and reliable.

  • Willingness to undergo a Truth Verification Test (Polygraph Test) if required.

 

Health and Safety

  • Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year.
  • Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks
  • Report all safety incidents to the relevant peopleDiscuss all safety incidents on all levels
  • Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
  • Attend safety education and refresher programmes
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace
  • Distribute safety information as and when required
