Job Title: HR Intern

Job Duties:

  • Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and handling confidential information
  • Help with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement and development
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management abilities

Education:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme

Experience:

No prior HR experience required, but any related internships or work experience would be beneficial

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of basic HR principles and practises
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship experience in HR or related field
  • Familiarity with HR software systems

Working Conditions:

This role will primarily be based in an office environment. The intern may be required to work occasional evenings or weekends to support HR events or activities.
