Job Duties:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for military equipment and systems
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of military hardware and software
• Conduct testing and evaluation of new technology and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Document and report technical issues, solutions, and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or relevant training
• Understanding of military protocols and procedures

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in technical support or a related field

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of military equipment and systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a military or defence setting
• Certifications in specific technical areas
