We’re looking for a passionate Data & Insights Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decision-making across our FMCG business. In this role, you’ll design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analysis that empower our Finance, Operations, and Franchisor teams with the information they need to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards using data sourced from POS systems (SQL).

  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

  • Partner with business units to identify data needs and deliver tailored analysis projects.

  • Conduct proactive analysis of business processes and consumer trends to uncover growth opportunities.

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through validation, cleansing, and governance.

  • Manage the reporting environment including data sources, security, and metadata.

  • Train and support end-users to maximise adoption of new reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2+ years’ experience in a data, reporting, or insights analyst role (FMCG sector preferred)

  • Strong technical skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI (essential)

  • Experience with GAAP reporting, POS systems (Firecell advantageous), and managing large datasets

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset with high attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
