Job Purpose The Sales Intern will support the sales team in generating leads, managing client relationships, and assisting with sales operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while developing skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Assist in identifying and researching potential customers.

Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead information.

Support outreach activities via calls, emails, and social media.
2. Sales Support & Administration

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Assist with follow-ups on pending quotations and proposals.

Maintain and organise sales documentation.
3. Client Relationship Management

Support the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships.

Respond to client queries and direct them to relevant team members.

Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
4. Reporting & Analysis

Assist in compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.

Monitor sales performance metrics and highlight trends.

Provide insights on lead quality and conversion rates.

Education & Experience Requirements

Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior internship, part-time sales, or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
