Job Purpose The HR Intern will provide support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and HR-related functions. This role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance, providing valuable hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Assist in posting job adverts on various platforms.

Screen CVs and schedule interviews.

Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and induction materials.
2. Employee Records & Administration
-
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.

Assist with drafting letters, contracts, and other HR documents.

Support the preparation of monthly HR reports.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
-
Assist in organising staff events, wellness activities, and training sessions.

Help circulate internal communication to staff.

Gather feedback from employees for HR improvement initiatives.
4. Compliance & Policy Support

Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Help with updating and distributing HR policies.

Support record-keeping for audits and legislative requirements.

Education & Experience Requirements

Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

Prior internship or volunteer HR experience will be advantageous but not required.
