Job Purpose
The Admin Intern will provide administrative and clerical support to the organisation while gaining hands-on experience in office management practices. This role is designed for someone eager to learn about business operations, improve organisational skills, and assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Office Administration

  • Assist with answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

  • Support filing, scanning, and document management activities.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists.

2. Meeting & Event Support

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.

  • Take minutes during meetings and circulate them to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support the coordination of internal events and activities.

3. Office Supplies & Logistics

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

  • Assist in coordinating courier and mail services.

  • Help maintain a clean and organised office environment.

4. Data Entry & Reporting

  • Capture and update information in spreadsheets or systems.

  • Generate simple reports when required.

  • Assist with quality checking documents and data for accuracy.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Basic administrative knowledge or prior volunteer/admin experience advantageous but not essential.
