Smash Sales Targets

  • Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic planning, client engagement, and consistent follow-through.

Pipeline Power

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for sustained long-term revenue growth.

Quotes That Win

  • Prepare accurate, tailored quotations promptly, showing professionalism and responsiveness at every step.

Close the Deal

  • Manage the sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Account Care

  • Support and grow relationships with key accounts through personalised service and strategic management.

Retention & Loyalty

  • Keep clients coming back with exceptional post-sales support and quick resolution of concerns.

On-Site Engagement

  • Visit client sites regularly to understand their needs, build trust, and identify new value opportunities.


What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of proven sales experience (QSR or foodservice industry preferred)

  • Strong business management skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics)

  • Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and solution selling

  • Target-driven mindset with excellent time and priority management

  • Strong customer retention and post-sales support experience

  • Solid technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and related products
