Porter Driver Stellenbosch | on-site Fixed Term Contract Working in our Reception, you will provide the highest level of hospitality and guest experience and exceed guest exceptions by providing them with an outstanding first and last impression. You will ensure all guest luggage is offloaded and transferred to their respective rooms upon arrival, assist guests with luggage upon departure, and be responsible for the safe parking of guest vehicles. You have relevant upmarket luxury/4* hotel experience in a similar role, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum of 2 years position. With the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, you are willing to help in various departments where needed. A hardworking team player, you are an outstanding communicator with a friendly personality and professional appearance. You have strong competencies in planning, presenting, and maintaining a client-focused approach. You can demonstrate initiative and situational awareness, show flexibility in your work, possess a service-oriented mindset, and exhibit adaptability in the face of change.
