We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pilates Instructor to join the wellness team at a world-class, American luxury resort opening soon on the stunning Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. If you’ve got the skills, passion, and personality to deliver top-tier Pilates instruction in a luxury setting – we want to hear from you.

Where: Red Sea, Saudi Arabia 

Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience. Tax-free. (Saudi Riyals)
Important: For visa purposes, you must be a citizen of the country where you are currently applying from.

What you’ll be doing

• Teach engaging and high-quality Pilates classes (Mat and/or Reformer) for guests of all abilities
• Create personalised Pilates programs to meet individual guest needs
• Maintain a safe, motivating, and inspiring studio environment
• Bring energy, expertise, and a personal touch to every guest interaction
• Work with other resort wellness teams to create unforgettable guest experiences

What we’re looking for

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer)
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, wellness retreats, or high-end studios is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused
• Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others move better
