MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON-SITE Mo - Fridays A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious incumbent to fulfil the role of Finance Manager for a leading debt collecting company in the financial services sector. This role reports to the Managing Director of the company. Duties and Responsibilities: Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include developing, implementing and reviewing internal controls, drafting company’s management accounts, financial statements and preparing tax submissions.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and long-term objectives.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making to senior management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial strategies are integrated into business operations.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions to optimise profitability and cost management.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to the Managing Director.
- Prepare and present all BEE related financial reports and performance metrics to the Managing Director.
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk.
- Provide financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a finance team to enhance efficiency and performance.
Requirements
Education:
Experience:
- 5 years of post-articles experience in financial management.
- Strong background in financial reporting, tax and compliance.
- Management experience
