ABOUT THE JOB
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing that the process of all incoming orders communicated on various company platforms are screened, captured and allocated to respective Teams. This role also ensures that all new member registrations details are captured onto Odoo to generate a KIT. All POP’s, including those with orders, should be sent to Cash Box to streamline process flow and ensure smooth flow of work. This role monitors the workload and communicates the volumes to relevant stakeholders. To communicate the goals of the team and ensure that these goals are achieved by providing guidance, training, support and identify developmental needs. Oversee performance and feedback. Recommend process changes. The main purpose of the Team Leader is to manage the team, the process and meet daily SLA.

- 2-5 years’ experience in a leadership role leading multidisciplined teams.
- Experience in a Administration/Order Processing in a customer facing environment.
