DRA’s Graduate Development Program spans the course of two years and is designed to ensure that engineers are exposed to all aspects of their chosen discipline. The program is designed to focus on four key areas of development: Project Engineering, Site and Commissioning, Business Acumen as well as Personal development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  • Strong academic record with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a natural aptitude for analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm for exploring new concepts and pushing the boundaries of engineering in the mining industry.
  • Applicants must be South African citizens by birth.
