DRA covers all major mining centres with offices across Africa and the Middle East, North and South America, and Asia-Pacific. 

At DRA, we understand the critical role Project Planners play in the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects. As part of our ongoing commitment to project excellence, we are proactively identifying experienced Planning professionals to join our internal talent pool for future opportunities.

This is not a vacancy for an immediate role. Rather, it is an open invitation to skilled Project Planners who are passionate about project controls, planning, and scheduling within the consulting engineering and mining sectors.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in project planning within engineering, mining, or industrial environments

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent project planning software

• A sound understanding of the full project lifecycle—from concept and feasibility through to execution and close-out

• The ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support project managers in delivering on scope, schedule, and cost

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset

• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure
