Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Analyst with expertise in SAP PS7 (Public Sector 7) to support testing activities across complex SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional testing, test design, and execution for SAP modules relevant to public sector operations, and will work closely with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure high-quality SAP implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across SAP PS7 modules and integrated systems.

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests (UAT) for SAP PS7 solutions.

• Perform end-to-end testing for SAP modules such as FI/CO, Funds Management, Grants Management, MM, SRM, and others relevant to public sector processes.

• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Provide risk-based testing input during release planning and participate in go/no-go assessments.

• Work with business SMEs and end-users to validate delivered functionality against requirements.

• Support cutover and post-go-live testing to ensure solution stability.

• Utilize SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, JIRA, or other test management tools for traceability and reporting.

• Ensure all testing activities align with audit, compliance, and governance standards applicable in the public sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in QA/test roles with at least 2+ years focused on SAP PS7 or SAP Public Sector projects.

• Strong understanding of SAP testing processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.

• Solid experience testing SAP public sector-specific modules, especially those involving financials, procurement, grants, and case management.

• Proficient in test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ALM/Quality Center, TestRail, or JIRA.

• Demonstrated experience in UAT coordination, business acceptance, and test data preparation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level certification.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Test Automation tools (e.g., CBTA, Tricentis Tosca for SAP).

• Experience with public sector implementations or clients such as government agencies, education, or non-profits.

• Familiarity with data migration testing, change request testing, and release management in SAP environments.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall project delivery models.
