Spa Therapist

Job Duties:

• Provide spa treatments to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa area.
• Keep accurate records of client consultations and treatment notes.
• Promote and upsell spa products and services to clients.
• Stay up to date with new trends and techniques in the spa industry.

Required Qualifications:

• Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy.
• Valid certification in relevant massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education:

A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience working as a Spa Therapist.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Deep understanding of spa treatments and products.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to tailor treatments to meet individual client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in specialised spa treatments.
• Experience working in a luxury spa or hotel setting.

Working Conditions:

• Expected to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Live-in accommodation provided.
