Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the front desk during overnight shifts, ensuring smooth and secure hotel operations.
• Perform nightly audits of guest accounts and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Handle late check-ins and early check-outs, maintaining a warm and professional welcome at all hours.
• Respond to guest queries and assist with any urgent requests during the night.
• Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety protocols are followed.
• Prepare for the following day’s operations, including coordinating with housekeeping and breakfast service teams.

Requirements:

• Previous night auditor or hotel front office experience in a 5-star environment.
• Strong numerical and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with property management systems and night audit procedures.
• Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and maintain excellent guest service.
• Professional, well-groomed, and discreet with excellent communication skills.
