Position Summary (Main Purpose)

To monitor the core network, action all tickets logged with the Network Operations Centre, troubleshoot and to follow due process facilitating repairs or directing tickets to the relevant departments.

Working Conditions:

  • Office based rotational shift roster which will include weekends and publics holidays. 
  • Required to work overtime as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience                                   Hard Skills Required

  • Voice NOC support (advantageous)
  • WAN/LAN
  • Cisco, Cienna/Arista Support
  • Computer Literate
  • Must be proficient in Microsft Office Suite.
