CORE PURPOSE OF JOB
|
The Senior Manager of Horticulture Services is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and management of horticultural practices and services. This role involves supervising a team of horticulturists, landscapers, and other related staff to ensure the optimal health, growth, and aesthetic quality of landscapes, gardens, and green spaces. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the environmental sustainability and visual appeal of these spaces.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Botany, Environmental Science.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in horticulture or landscape management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in large-scale landscape management, including project planning, execution, and team leadership.
