Job Summary: The Automotive Dealership Coach is responsible for enhancing the performance and productivity of dealership staff through training, mentoring, and strategic guidance. The role involves working closely with sales teams, service departments, and management to implement best practices and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience, Journey Mapping, Automotive Dealership Coaching
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for dealership staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans tailored to individual and team needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Assist in the development of sales and service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant practices into training programs.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment to encourage staff development and growth.
  • Prepare reports on coaching activities and progress for management review.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
Previous experience in coaching, training, or mentoring roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using training tools and software.
