Job Description:

Job Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities within the dental facility
• Supervise a team of mechanical technicians and ensure efficient workflow
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or similar role
• Relevant technical qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Education:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical certifications or qualifications are preferred

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced technical certifications in mechanical engineering
• Experience working in a dental or healthcare setting

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in a dental facility
• May involve working in tight or confined spaces
• Occasional exposure to hazardous materials
• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting required
