Our client is looking for a high-energy, people-oriented Pioneer to join their growing team. Responsibilities

  • Bring enthusiasm and energy to every engagement and activation

  • Drive regional volume, value, distribution, and market share targets

  • Support and train Business Partner teams in-store and on the ground

  • Expand outlet footprint by targeting, pitching, and securing new listings

  • Maintain a regular call cycle for strategic customers and key accounts

  • Ensure consistent product availability and manage stock rotation across channels

  • Oversee asset placement and territorial management (e.g., branded coolers)

  • Identify and implement tactical promotions and in-store solutions

  • Build and nurture long-term customer and distributor relationships

  • Execute and assist with national and regional account activations

  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing and potential customers

  • Generate and follow up on leads through outreach and cold calling

  • Resolve customer issues and communicate feedback effectively

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends for continuous improvement

  • Manage and utilise sample and promotional stock effectively

  • Submit timely and accurate administrative reports, trade analysis, and territory performance updates

  • Coordinate with sales teams, redistributors, and merchandising partners

  • Plan and manage product sampling aligned with outlet and consumer targets

  • Participate in and support events, activations, and customer-facing promotions

  • Follow a structured call cycle and maintain a high call success rate

  • Record customer data and interactions using RepForce daily

  • Generate orders and track sampling and free stock usage monthly

  • Keep prospective customer plans and trade activation schedules up to date

  • Ensure customer master data is accurate and current

  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with agents and document action points

  • Undertake trade visits and collaborate closely with Business Partners
