About the Role
This is a dynamic, guest-facing position requiring a hands-on leader with strong operational and people management skills. You’ll be responsible for the daily running of multiple venues, maintaining impeccable standards, and delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences that align with a modern luxury ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support F&B operations across multiple stores
  • Maintain high standards in guest service and satisfaction
  • Manage and train a motivated, service-oriented team
  • Ensure smooth daily service with strong delegation and follow-through
  • Uphold brand values through excellence, attention to detail, and consistency

Essential Requirements

  • Proven GM-level experience in high-end restaurants
  • Strong luxury brand background and hospitality acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of guest expectations and luxury service delivery
  • Ability to train, lead, and inspire teams
  • Results-driven with excellent delegation and organisational skills
  • Own transport is essential
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and highly present on the floor
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends; day off will fall on quieter weekdays
  • This is not an office-based role – floor presence is key
