We’re looking for a highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and brand-aligned individual to support our Member Relations Manager — and work closely with our visionary Founder.

🎯 What You'll Do

- Coordinate brand-aligned gifting, travel logistics, and promotional ordering
- Draft scripts, build PowerPoints, and assist with content for the Founder’s keynotes
- Repurpose leftover promo stock creatively and meaningfully
- Support event logistics (packing lists, visuals, studio setup)
- Be a sounding board, a right hand, and a brand guardian — especially when the Member Relations Manager is away
- Send personal messages and help execute high-touch communications with polish
- Capture what others miss: subtle cues, brand tone, and the heartbeat of the COMPANY Member

🎓 Qualifications & Tools

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or similar
- Experience with InDesign, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools a strong advantage
- 2–4 years’ experience supporting executives, marketing, or creative teams
