Scope of Work

 

• To lead the strategic design and execution of organisational effectiveness initiatives across the Group. This role is responsible for developing the organisation’s structure aligned to capabilities that support the delivery of the organisation’s strategic objectives, driving transformational change through effective organisational change management, communication and engagement, embedding an accountable high-performance culture, and building leadership capability to support sustainable business growth and agility.

• Develop functional excellence and compliance in talent management and learning and development.

• Drive continuous improvement across talent management and learning and development.

• Ensure compliance and risk management in all areas of responsibility.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

1. Change Management Strategy & Leadership

• Lead thought-leadership on best practice change management.

• Design, embed, and continuously evolve a group-wide change management framework.

• Drive implementation of strategic change initiatives through impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness metrics.

• Build change capabilities across leaders, HC teams, and line managers while ensuring consistent application across the organisation.

2. Organisational Design & Operating Model Alignment

• Create and implement structures aligned to strategic goals, improving agility, productivity, and efficiency.

• Partner with leadership to redesign operating models and workforce processes.

• Facilitate design workshops, assessments, and continuous feedback loops for iterative improvements.

• Standardize tools, templates, and governance to operationalize changes and ensure scalability.

3. Culture & Engagement

• Develop and lead a culture transformation strategy aligned to the organisation’s vision, values, and mission.

• Oversee employee experience surveys, analyse results, and co-create responsive engagement initiatives.

• Establish a change champion network and implement quarterly cultural campaigns.

• Collaborate across HC, DEI&B, and business leaders to drive inclusive culture and behavioral alignment.

4. Leadership Development

• Define and execute a leadership development strategy, tailored across all levels.

• Deliver training, coaching, and mentoring programs through internal resources and external vendors.

• Embed continuous learning and succession planning as part of talent development.

5. Digital Enablement & AI Integration

• Champion the integration of digital tools and AI to enhance organisational processes.

• Collaborate with CIO and IT leaders to align digital solutions with workforce and design needs.

• Drive process automation, data-led decision making, and digital adoption across the organisation.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

• Master’s degree in psychology and registration as Industrial Organisational Psychologist (or closely related field); or an appropriate Master’s degree coupled with a Psychometric Qualification is preferable.

• Change Management Certification

• 10 to 15 years progressive relevant experience.

• Thorough knowledge and experience of best practices in the fields of change management, organisational design and organisational culture. 

• Knowledge and experience in project management.

• Knowledge and experience in data analysis.

• Ability to facilitate meetings / workshops across all levels. 

• Proven experience leading large-scale organisational change and transformation initiatives. 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

• Knowledge and experience in project management 

• Leadership skills
