Our Client a global tech firm is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect Business Analyst to join their team in in Cape town on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment.

Analysis, object-oriented design, object-oriented programming and V. the SDLC techniques that a Business Analyst uses to gather and document requirements (existing systems and/or processes) will be based on departmental standards; and g) the Business Analyst needs to have the ability to assemble, analyse and evaluate data and to be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business stakeholders and the project team.

Requirements

  • Develop functional analysis.
  • An expert with a strong background in Data Governance and Data Management
  • Infrastructure Architecture experience
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Enterprise architect experience
  • Feasibility studies including analysis around and costs.
  • Analyse business needs, to help identify business problems and propose solutions, using the discipline of business.
  • Design specifications and are usually involved in improving.
  • Provides expertise in the modelling of business processes; conduct as-is/to-be business processes, is instrumental in the business process re-engineering (BPR) and involved in the change management exercise.

Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Advanced degrees, such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a masters in information systems, can be highly beneficial.
  • Experience in business process management, business analysis, or a related field.

Certifications

  • Certifications in business process business processes. They assess the impact of change on management and modeling, such as BPMN (Business Process business areas and can review and redesign business processes.
  • Business Analyst liaises between the Model and Notation), are valuable.
  • Certifications in business side of an enterprise and the ICT function.
  • Certifications like Six Sigma or Lean Management can also be advantageous.

Skills

  • IT capabilities, understanding of what systems can and cannot do
  • Feasibility studies including analysis around and costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques.
