Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of the group, managing multiple entities across different sectors. Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy and operations across all group businesses, including but not limited to luxury game lodges, ecotourism ventures, and other non-hospitality entities.
- Oversee consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the group.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and performance tracking across multiple business units.
- Develop and implement group-wide financial policies, controls, and systems.
- Manage cash flow, financial risk, and investment planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing high-level financial insights and scenario analysis.
- Lead audits, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement processes.
- Build and manage a high-performing finance team to support the group’s varied operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven success as a CFO, Financial Director, or equivalent in a multi-entity, multi-sector environment.
- Strong leadership and strategic financial management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of financial and regulatory frameworks applicable across various industries.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, BI platforms, Excel).
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience in the hospitality, conservation, or ecotourism sectors is a plus, but not required.
