Our client is seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented People Partner to join their team based in Bellville. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving people-centric strategies while ensuring compliance, engagement, and operational efficiency across a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labour legislation

Support line managers with disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

Collaborate on talent development initiatives, including training coordination and succession planning
-
Drive employee engagement and wellness programmes across multiple sites

Ensure accurate HR reporting, record-keeping, and compliance with company and statutory requirements

Conduct regular site visits to foster strong relationships with operational teams and employees
-
Facilitate change management processes aligned with organisational goals and values

Assist in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding where required

Qualifications:

National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

Experience in a multi-site or operationally driven environment (e.g., catering, hospitality, retail, manufacturing) is advantageous
-
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to regional sites as required
