Our client is seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented People Partner to join their team based in Bellville. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving people-centric strategies while ensuring compliance, engagement, and operational efficiency across a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labour legislation

  • Support line managers with disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

  • Collaborate on talent development initiatives, including training coordination and succession planning

  • Drive employee engagement and wellness programmes across multiple sites

  • Ensure accurate HR reporting, record-keeping, and compliance with company and statutory requirements

  • Conduct regular site visits to foster strong relationships with operational teams and employees

  • Facilitate change management processes aligned with organisational goals and values

  • Assist in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding where required

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organisation

Qualifications:

  • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an HR generalist or People Partner role

  • Experience in a multi-site or operationally driven environment (e.g., catering, hospitality, retail, manufacturing) is advantageous

  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to regional sites as required
